Requirements: BSN and Alabama RN license
Salary: up to $110,000 depending on experience plus an excellent benefit package

Description
The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) will participate in functional decision-making processes necessary to the successful attainment of the hospital's mission in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare clinical matters that could have an impact on the success of the hospital.
Duties include:
Assisting the CNO in maintaining necessary regulatory and compliance approvals and quality accreditations; assist in planning new services that generate additional sources of profitable revenue
Creating an environment that encourages recruitment and retention of clinical employees
Aiding CNO in managing costs by continually seeking data that will identify opportunities and take action to eliminate non-value costs
Supporting the CNO in establishing standards for nursing practices and maintain authority, accountability, and responsibility for nursing services
Developing organizational patient care programs, policies and procedures that describe how nursing care is assessed,delivered and evaluated;
Helping the CNO in developing and managing the nursing services budget and ensures a sufficient number of qualified staff to assess patient needs
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
