We are seeking a Reliability Team Leader for a full-time position in Selma, AL .
This position would be responsible for managing the Reliability techs and activities for the paper area and reliability support for this area.
Primary activities will include:
1. Leading and coaching the paper area pm, pdm and lube techs. This shall include coaching and skill development of techs, fostering interaction of team with different technologies to enhance team effectiveness
2. Leading the overall development of the Vibration Analysis program for the mill
3. Support RCFA activites for both machines
4. Review of PM, PdM routes for completeness and improvements. This shall include working with the techs to implement these improvements
Review pm / pdm / lube tools and develop long term capitol plan to keep current and introduce appropriateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
