Quality Inspector Technician Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working and experienced Quality Inspector Technician in Selma, Alabama.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing final inspection and crate verification in packing.
This includes verifying patterns, holes, and logo information as well as bow measurements.
Pay Rate $18.
00 hourly.
Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday (Must be able to work overtime as needed) 1st Shift:
6a-4:
30pm Quality Inspector Technician Duties and Responsibilities Assist with acid logos in Packing and IGInspect in-process and finished material as needed and complete associated paperwork/reports.
This includes signoffs on laminating lines for stencil location.
Fabricate and inspect transportation products when required.
Become familiar with industry related specifications (ASTM, ANZI/SAE, etc.
)Understand product specifications and construction.
Collect and file quality records (charts, reports, logs, etc.
)Maintain Calibration records.
Complete scrap reports every morning.
Conduct internal audits of the quality system.
Quality Inspector Technician Qualifications and Requirements Must be able to read measuring devices (tape measure, micrometer, etc.
).
Must be able to read and understand drawings and prints.
Must have basic computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Clean background check required.
75-pound lifting-capability throughout shift Able to stand for a long period of time.
Excellent customer service and communications skills Must be detail-oriented with good organization skills.
