The Stock Control Coordinator is a key position in the Company and will support and contribute to the goals of profitability, return on investment, inventory turnover and accident prevention.
The Stock Control coordinator receives, tracks and delivers in house inventory.
Troubleshoots inventory problems such as over receipts, over shipped, inaccuracies, receiving issues/discrepancies while partnering with purchasing, manufacturing and service parts to resolve as circumstances arise.
Coordinates and prioritizes tasks to complete work load to supply customer shipments and manufacturing with inventory.
Utilize JDE system to complete transactions to receive, manage, locate, track and research inventory discrepancies.
May work closely with assembly department adding, updating and changing work orders.
Gather orders and distributes to pickers.
Researches inventory location of parts when there are issues locating a particular item.
Instructs others in proper placement and picking of inventory.

Receiving inventory, prints receipt labels on needed bases, verifies and deliver MRO items, date stamps returns and locating in coming inventory using JDE or RFSmart.
Troubleshoots inventory issues; receipt overages, over shipped inventory, inaccurate in house inventory counts and any other receipt discrepancies found.
Publish and distribute reports and spreadsheets.
May prepare daily customer order report used in customer order slotting.
May prepare picks and track the execution of those picks.
May prepare daily inventory/customer order/production plan spreadsheet.
May verify stock levels daily to capture requirements not picked, thus creating a need to reissue a pick.
May retrieve, sort and distribute work order(s), label(s) and drawing(s) to Supervisor(s) for use by production as guides in assembly or manufacturing of product.
May retrieve and sort kit sheet(s), and drawings(s) used to execute the pick and deliver process.
Track and maintain certain documents and Excel spreadsheets.
Pick, package and deliver inventory to designated areas throughout facility(s), Support Supervisor and/or Group Leader to anticipate work required to improve processes and department flow.
Track and maintain spreadsheets and graphs as required to support goals and objectives.
Scan signed proof of deliveries (POD's) with copy of packing slip to the Purchasing drive so buyers can review.
Provide copies of POD's to Accounting to assist with Transformer processing.
Obtain documents (pictures, copies, etc.
) of material from supply base that does not meet Bush Hog standards and report out to Purchasing staff and direct Supervisor.
Perform all other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Must have knowledge of product or parts.
Must have inventory movement practices.
Must be able to embrace change with minimal notice.
Must be capable of entering inventory movement and corrections to ensure accuracy.
Able to review orders and distribute to pickers to minimize number of warehouse locations visited.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and JDE knowledge a plus.
Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to solve problems and must have good record keeping skills.
Able to sit for extended periods, 3 to 5 hours daily.
Frequent walking in and around plant/manufacturing environment.
Must have a valid Driver's License in case a forklift license is needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed to complete priority assignments.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED certificate required; some college preferred.
3 years related experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
